Do your record players come with a pre-installed cartridge?

Most of our entry-level and mid-range models come with a pre-adjusted cartridge. For high-end audiophile decks, please check the product description as some require a separate cartridge purchase.

What is your return policy for opened electronics?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If the item has been opened, it must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included. A restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
